A battery operated CD player is all that is required. For safety reasons we recommend the us of only battery operated equipment at the bedside. You can use your own CD players, purchase them from Guided Angels Ministry.

For convenience you may want to consider our unique and very portable equipment system. It combines a very small CD player with a very small set of speakers. The player and speakers can be set out on a piece of furniture in the patient's room or operated from a Porta-Tone Pouch™. This system along with the CD's fits into a plastic carrying case that measures 8"x7"x7". It is a handy and unobtrusive way to carry music to the bedside.

The Porta-Tone Pouch™ is an innovative, professional convenience that you will want to consider. It was designed and developed especially for use with the Guided Angels Ministry Program and CD’s. It is a small pouch with shoulder strap made from designer fabric that holds the CD player and speakers. The front of the pouch is webbed to allow the tones of the music to freely flow from it. Your volunteers or health care professionals are free to stand or sit next to the patient with the equipment safely contained in this light weight pouch. Each pouch is the handwork of Anne Riger, a master seamstress. Fabric patterns and colors will vary due to availability.

Please note that all equipment is for sale to only those who are using the Guided Angels Ministry Program for Singers, or the Guided Angels’ CD’s for recorded vigil music.
