- THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
-
- Registration begins at 9AM, with the person holding Number 1 going first.
- Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
- Obtain a Registration Number at the Sign-in Table as soon as you arrive at the Parish Center. Your number is the order in which you will be called to register for all of your children.
- If you are registering as a proxy, in addition to your own children, you will also need a number for the proxy family.
- Tell the person at the Sign-in Table in which class section and grade you want to enroll you child(ren), (ie: one card for 8A; one card for 2C, etc., with the number indicating the grade and the letter indicating the section). The Sign-in volunteer will give you a color coded card for each child, indicating the section and grade you want. THIS CARD GUARANTEES YOUR CHILD A SPOT IN THE SECTION YOU WANT! Please have your child's registration card and all relevant paperwork completed prior to going to the Grade Level Registrar.
- If you are a new family to Religious Education, please go to the Family Registration table before going to the Grade Level Registrar table. Remember that the Class section/grade cards have already reserved your child's seat in the class.
- When your number is called, go to the Registrar table and give the class (colored) section and your child's registration card to the registrar. Your child is now officially registered for that section.
- Repeat Step 6 for as many cards (children) as you have.
- Go next to the Tuition Table and pay the deposit. We ask for a minimum tuition deposit of $25. If you are planning to do Service In Lieu of Tuition, please go to that table instead and hand in your Service Information Form.
- When you have given back all the class section/grade and registration cards through the registration process and visited the Tuition/Service Table, you're done!
