I was born and raised in Lancaster County. I was baptized and confirmed in St. Mary's parish, and attended Lancaster Catholic High School. I lived in Atlanta, GA for six years before returning to Lancaster in 1995, and have enjoyed two fulfilling careers - one as a financial consultant and administrator and one as a Lititz retail store owner. Currently, I work part-time at the North Museum of Natural History and Science. Born and raised in Northern Virginia and graduating from Virginia Tech, my wife, Monica and I moved to Pennsylvania in 1993 and Lititz in 1994. I am an Electrical Engineer working for FirstEnergy in Reading, PA. In 2002, I entered the RCIA program here at St. James. And converted to Catholicism at the Easter Vigil in 2003. My wife, Karen, and I live in Lititz. We have two college-age daughters, Meredith and Marissa. We have been members of St. James since 1983. I have been an usher at the Saturday evening Mass for over 10 years. For the past 21 years I have been the Controller for Bareville Design in Leola. My husband, Douglas, and I have been members of St. James for 9 years. Four years ago we moved from Lititz to south of Lancaster City and are still actively involved here at St. James. I serve as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and bring Holy Communion to the homebound. I also volunteer with the Religious Education office for both the youth and adult programs. Douglas is a lector and an active member of the Knights of Columbus. Our St. James 'Family' is very important to us. I want to thank you for nominating me and if I am elected I will work to the best of my ability with the Parish Pastoral Council. I have lived in Lititz and have been a member of St. James for 11 years. I've been married to my beautiful wife Angela for 14 years and have 2 great boys, Kevin and Gavin. I am an avid race fan and a fan of Philadelphia sports. My wife, Marian and I have been members of the St. James parish since relocating to Lititz in May of 2000. We both feel very much at home at this parish and we consider ourselves blessed. We have two children and five grandchildren which are the center of our lives along with our faith. Our son is a neonatologist with Geisinger Medical Center in our hometown of Danville, Pa and our daughter is an Oncology RN at Lankenau Hospital in the Philadelphia area. In 2000, I went through the RCIA program here at St. James and have been a member since. I currently reside in Lititz with my husband Bill, our 10 year old son Matthew and 5 year old twins Emma and Jack. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the mountains, volunteering with various organizations such as Crispus Attucks, and the St. James Alpha program. I have been a member of Saint James Parish for over seventeen years. I live in Lititz with my wife, Judy. We have four sons: Matthew, Mark, Brian, and Darren. We also have two daughters-in-law, Mary and Danielle. Judy and I are the proud grandparents of a granddaughter, Marin Katherine. I'm originally from Peoria, Illinois - still a fan of the Cubs and Da Bears! I attended Western Illinois University where I received my teacher's certification. We became members of St. James parish in 1976. I teach 1st grade religion classes on Sunday mornings. I enjoy Bibly study and occasionally working in the kitchen for bingo. My husband John and I moved from Maryland and we have been members of St. James Catholic Church for 10 years. We have 3 wonderful children: Nathan (10), Alyssa (8), who attend Our Mother of Perpetual Help School, and David (3). My husband Joe and I have 4 daughters, Faith (16), Fiona (11), Deirdre (9), and Nora (3). We have lived in Lititz and St. James parish going on 2 years. My husband, Gary, and I live on Owl Hill Rd. in Lititz. I have been attending St. James for 5 years, joining the church after participating in RCIA. I still assist with RCIA, having been a sponsor for 2 years, and am currently an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. |
